What is GetSignQuote?

GetSignQuote is quoting software for sign shops, signwriters and wide-format print shops. A shop buys sheets — 2440×1220 aluminium composite (ACM), acrylic, corflute, PVC foamboard, vinyl — at supplier buy prices, then applies its own markup. A full sheet might be marked up one way. Smaller off-cuts often take a higher markup by size. GetSignQuote turns that buy list and those rules into consistent sell prices, then builds the bill of materials so the vinyl, laminate, hardware, labour and install are not left off the quote. Substrates and off-cuts

Materials

ACM, acrylic, corflute, PVC foamboard and vinyl, bought as sheets and sold by the piece you cut. Full sheets and smaller off-cuts do not have to share one markup.

On the quote: Buy price in, your markup rule out, so Monday's price matches Thursday's.

Hardware, labour and install

On the wall

Standoffs, cleats, posts, labour and the install itself. They sit on the bill of materials with the panel, not in a note you add later.

On the quote: The fitting is priced with the sign, not remembered after the customer has said yes.

Buying the sheet is the easy part. Selling it means a markup on the full sheet and a different markup on the off-cut. GetSignQuote applies the rules you set, so the sell price does not depend on who typed the quote.
